Returns and Exchange Policy
Miss K Clothing Co strictly follows sanitation protocol to ensure the safety of our customers. Every item has undergone strict quality control in order to meet the high standards of our customers. We wish to limit returns as the items are considered sold upon dispatch.
Items should be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with cardboard, same plastic, and tags still attached.
Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges, if the exchange is due to an error on our part, we will gladly take care of the return shipping costs.
Wrong or Damaged Items
For wrong or damaged items please report to us within 48 hours so we can assist you accordingly. Send your concern and/or report to katalyst.hello@gmail.com.
Change of Size
We accept change of size for same style items. The buyer will shoulder the shipping fees for return and exchange.
Return Instructions
Upon receipt of items, you are given three (3) days to report your concern and ship back the items for full refund.
All returns must include photos of concern, product details and tracking number. We will provide you with return label via e-mail for orders that were fulfilled incorrectly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items can’t be returned, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please reach out—we’re happy to help.
